In the NEWS: Opera For All

As the Manager of Education and Outreach for Chicago Opera Theater, I’m pleased to announce that our students from Clinton Elementary School were featured in the following news story! We recently presented this year’s final performance of the kids’ opera “School Rules!” The 4th and 5th grade students wrote the music and lyrics and created props with the help of composer Adam Busch and artist Sonja Henderson, as well as the late great Mary Scruggs of Second City Theatre.
